USA Nurse Development, Inc. ("NDI") facilitates international Nursing Candidates for successful completion of their nursing education and subsequently successful careers serving hospitals and other healthcare environments in the United States.
Our future must balance our strong education motivation with a solid ethical agenda, which incorporates a passion for the development of Nurses, as well as continuing sincere concern for our community and partners in healthcare. We must prepare Nurses for a future where the model of Patient Care continues to evolve to meet a Patient’s individual needs.
FOUNDER
Dr. Brian C. DeBusk
As the founder and Chairman of USA Nurse Development, Inc., Dr. DeBusk also serves as the First Vice Chairman of Lincoln Memorial University which has focused on meeting the educational needs of greater Appalachia since the Reconstruction Era of the Civil War. The university was originally founded as an undergraduate liberal arts institution, but has built its 4,500-student enrollment on a combination of undergraduate and professional programs. The DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine is the largest medical program in the state of Tennessee, and reportedly the tenth largest program in the country with 243 students per class.

NDI, as a non-profit organization, works with foreign universities to develop degree programs with LMU. So Nurses and potentially other medical professional students can receive their degree and necessary certifications to allow the students to enter the lucrative field of medical professionals in the United States.

To support future international Nursing candidates’ oversea study, NDI provides loan opportunities in a “pay it forward” model. NDI teams with a Nurse Placement company to provide work opportunities for the Nurses while they complete their degrees and post-graduation. The placement company will direct a portion to pay back Nursing candidates loan debt. This financial aid method not only provide early work placement for these future Nurses but also relief international candidate’s financial stress.
